Hillseafood has been operating since 1987 and is a proud hills family owned and operated business. Started by John and Anna, the business is now run by brothers Fernando and Simon along with thirty local staff striving to bring the best of Australian fishermen and food producers to the food service industry. We have direct relations with WA fishermen that allows us access to the freshest seafood WA and Australia has to offer at a price that is affordable for retail and wholesale customers. All our fresh fish is processed daily on site by hand to ensure the best quality of fillet, freshness and diversity throughout the seasons.

We are receiving fresh seafood everyday. Daily unloads include fresh Shark Bay crabs, pink snapper and dhufish from the Kalbarri area, red emperor and goldband snapper from Exmouth, oysters and plump black mussels from South Australia.
